Material List provides a list of
quantities of lumber and other building materials. Example is number of plywood sheets,
sq. ft. of insulation, number of studs, joists, number of drywall sheets, etc. Lists are
available on most plans. A Material List can only be purchased when purchasing a plan with
the same plan number.
Reversed Plans are mirror images
with letters and dimensions reading backwards. Therefore, we suggest that you order an
additional regular set to accompany your reversed set. Most builders can reverse a house
plan to fit your lot, but you may want to see the floor plan reversed on paper.
You only need to order the one set reversed, because you will need the other
sets readable for wiring, plumbing and other important dimensions.
Square Footage shown with the
floor plans, is heated area only,
calculated by using the outer wall dimensions. Carports, garages, porches or storage rooms
are not included.
Basement in a house plan is shown
by a stairway down or an alternate stairway. Otherwise, the house plan has a crawl space.
No slab foundations are available. Builders can adapt the plan for a slab foundation.
Mail Orders: Upon receipt of your
check or money order, plans are sent promptly by First Class Mail, return receipt
requested. This means that you will need to sign for the House Plans.
