The greenhouse or screen porch, accessed by double French doors, can be enjoyed from the kitchen and the breakfast area. The large island has a cooktop and bar stool space. The parlor opens wide to separate dining room which leads to a generous side screen porch. The long master bedroom has an alternate layout for a separate shower and garden tub. The two bedrooms above, each with extra closets, are generous in size and share a compartmented bath. Second level hallway has open rail to foyer below. An alternate utility plan offers sink or freezer space.
