This three or four bedroom Country House has its master bedroom on the main floor. The bed wall is long enough for a king size bed, allowing a sitting area by the front windows. The one compartmented bath downstairs serves the bedroom also. The corridor kitchen has a base cabinet with a counter for bar stools. Note the convenient pantry closet and linen or broom closet. The utility room has a sewing space under a rear window for watching the small children.
The long, wide living and dining room accesses the screen porch for extended summer meals. False ceiling beams complete the country theme with the wood trimmed fireplace.
Upstairs, each of the two bedrooms has an alcove with double windows. The bathroom has a small lined cabinet and is shared by the two bedrooms. The fourth bedroom can be useful for two same sex children or made into a study or out of season closet.
The Garage/Carriage House has in the rear storage with optional stairway to attic or more storage above.
