The separate living room and family room insures privacy for more formal entertainment. The dining room wall can be left out for more informal dining. The kitchen has a 'U' shaped working area and a breakfast space with its own bay window. Optional back stairs lead to a playroom over the two car garage. The master bath has an alternate layout for a garden tub and separate shower. A small nursery, office or sewing room is shown between the two large bedrooms. Each bedroom has a study alcove. Note the extra vanity in the hall bath.
