This Plan, F-2300, has a fireplace for both the Living Room and the Master Bedroom. The shed front porch makes a house more "Country." The Living Room and Dining area open into a wide, lazy Screen Porch. The master bath has two layouts, one with a separate shower and separate tub. Also, the washer-dryer in the hall closet can be relocated in front of the two car garage in an alternate utility room with a pantry. Separating the Breakfast from the Kitchen is a long open bar. A window shelf serves as a pass-thru counter from the Kitchen to the screen porch. The stairway leads to two Bedrooms each with its own alcove and an adjoining bath. Each Bedroom can have a study or storage. An alternate layout places a wide dormer for a study area at the top of the stairs. The circle top window in the dormer lights up the stairway.
