Oven in Brick

A similar oven unit can be purchased from Elmira Stove Works. This oven, which is built into the brick wall, is electric and has its controls in the lower panel. A 30-inch high brick kitchen fireplace with its crane, is to the left of the oven. To the right, the Howard kitchen boasts a stainless steel commercial grill which encourages the man of the house to cook breakfast. The counter next to the grill is 2-inch solid maple.
